This study investigates the role of performance appraisal systems in improving employee work efficiency within modern organizations. The research focuses on how structured evaluation processes, continuous feedback mechanisms, and performance review practices influence employee behavior and productivity. Using a quantitative survey approach, data were collected from employees across multiple sectors. The findings suggest that well-designed appraisal systems significantly enhance work efficiency by improving clarity of expectations, strengthening motivation, and fostering continuous performance improvement. The study concludes that performance appraisal systems, when implemented effectively, serve as a strategic tool for achieving organizational efficiency and long-term success.
